2. Description of Service

SimpleStock AI is an AI-powered stock analysis platform. Users input a stock ticker symbol, and our artificial intelligence engine performs a global web search to synthesize publicly available information into a structured summary and analysis report.

3. Financial Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

SimpleStock AI does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial counsel.

  • All reports, analyses, summaries, scores, and outputs generated by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.
  • We are not regulated financial advisors, brokers, dealers, or investment professionals. We are not registered with any financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
  • The content produced by SimpleStock AI should never be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
  • You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

4. AI Accuracy & Limitations

Our AI engine synthesizes information from publicly available web sources. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or so-called "hallucinations" — instances where the AI produces plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements.
  • We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
  • Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it for any purpose, especially financial decisions.
  • Past performance data presented in reports does not guarantee or indicate future results.

5. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SimpleStock AI, its founders, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of capital, financial losses, loss of data, or any other intangible losses resulting from investment decisions made based on the Platform's output.
  • You agree to hold harmless and indemnify SimpleStock AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

6. User Accounts & Authentication

  • Authentication is handled exclusively through Google OAuth (Google Login). We do not store passwords.
  • By signing in, you authorize us to collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the Platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any AI-generated reports or content without our express written consent.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, logos, software, and AI models powering SimpleStock AI are the intellectual property of SimpleStock AI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform's content without prior written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including Google OAuth for authentication and Google Analytics for usage tracking. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which SimpleStock AI operates.
